We had a meeting with Fran who is the set designer and discussed our ideas and potential designs. The props that we proposed to Fran were a surfboard on springs potentially, a double sided beach sign, theatre style waves, 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella. (pictured below)
After discussing the props, she went on to tell us whether or not they are doable. Fran told us she can make a stand for a surfboard but we need to source one ourselves, the lounge chairs and beach sign can be done, in regards to the theatre waves, she will see if she can do the the theatre style and if not she can make fabric waves that we will have people maneuver. For the umbrella, she suggested that we find one and she will paint it to match the colour scheme of our set. We were asked to create a detailed example of how we want the beach sign to look, which Melis has drawn out (pictured below). One side is going to be sign pointing towards different areas on set and the other side will say cant just call me. 
Our tasks were to make sure we had the proper backdrops, which we do. To source a surfboard, which we have found but are working on how we will get it delivered to our set, and the
